Dispersants
BCS manufactures liquid sodium and ammonium polyacrylate polymers that are used in mineral slurry applications as a dispersant, as antiscalants for boiler and cooling water, and for rheology modifiers in paints and coatings. We have over twenty years of polyacrylate manufacturing experience in producing a variety of products differing in molecular weight, charge density, or solids. BCS offers a range of products tailored to the needs of the porcelain and ceramic tile manufacturing process. Deflocculants, binders, and water treatment products are available for use in the various steps of tile fabrication. BCS conducts on-site testing, using the actual raw material blend(s) and plant water, to customize the products and dosages required. Water Treatment Polymers
BCS supplies water treatment polymers for solids separation and water clarification. We are prepared to make-down the polymers and ship the finished product to our customers to eliminate polymer handling and on-site make down. This ensures consistency in product quality, ease of use, and improved usage rates. |
Biocides
BCS is a formulator of an array of biocide products at a range of percent activity for markets such as mineral slurries, coatings, inks, water treatment, and more. BCS plants are EPA-registered establishments and formulate FIFRA-regulated products. BCS has the capability to supplementally register products and facilitate in the state registration process. Private labeling and blind shipments are available for supplementally registered customers as required. At the discretion of the sales and regulatory teams, BCS can award relabeling and repackaging agreements to customers. Defoamers
BCS provides defoamer products to meet customers' needs. Our product offerings have application in pulp and paper, effluent treatment, and paints and coatings. These products are intended for use by technical service providers to industry.
